Treat yourself to some personal time 6:Smile

SMILE: After typhoon Onyong and Pepeng, this is all we need. A little smile to brighten our day. Got this from the Papelmerotti box this week!!! Let's also make this a practice!!!

Go to a secluded are. Smile or laugh out loud for a couple of minutes. Studies have shown that the more a person smiles or laughs, the more he or she is resistant to sickness. Even if you feel silly at first, you’ll benefit from this exercise’s positively stimulating effects.

It's very timely, a lot of people are complaining about the difficulties and their struggles in life but that should not be an excuse to smile even for a while. When we're feeling sad just think of happy thoughts and it will bring out those smile. Sabi nga nila pag lagi nakasimangot mabilis tatanda. Always smile!!!
